Please ensure all security tags remain attached and the garment is unworn to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate a Request

  Log in to your RAGTAG GLOBAL account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer labels and security tags are intact, and include the printed return slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home collection via our portal.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our specialists verify the condition of the returned pieces, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
